Michael Thomas Chief Operating Officer/Chief Compliance Officer Balance Sheet Solutions, LLC

As Chief Operating Officer/Chief Compliance Officer, Mike is responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operations of Balance Sheet Solutions. This includes direct supervision of the Financial Sales Group and the oversight of regulatory compliance. Mike previously served as the Executive Director, Financial Strategies.

Previously, he was an officer of Mid-States Corporate FCU, serving as Vice President, Lending Strategies, Vice President of Sales/Marketing, as well as Vice President, Asset/Liability Risk Management. He also served as Chief Investment Officer for INDICORP.

Prior to that he was a Branch Manager at Shay Financial Services, Financial Consultant at Merrill Lynch Fixed Income Group, and spent 18 years with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis where he held a variety of positions in the finance and financial services areas. Mike holds his Series 7, 63 and 24.
